Mechanic (Fleet & Equipment)
Sherwood, Oregon
Full-Time | $30–$33 starting per hour DOE + Benefits
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on our fleet of gas and diesel trucks
- Keep all trailers in proper road-ready condition, including wiring, lights, brakes, and safety equipment
- Service and repair of small gas-powered equipment (mowers, blowers, trimmers, etc.)
- Maintain large diesel equipment (tractors, loaders, excavators, and more)
- Oversee the upkeep and organization of our shop and site facilities
- Keep accurate maintenance records and work efficiently to minimize equipment downtime
- Work closely with our field crews and operations team to ensure everything is ready to go each day
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience with both gas and diesel engines (heavy equipment experience is a big plus)
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work independently
- Welding and fabrication skills are a plus
- A landscape or construction equipment background is highly preferred

Landscape/Construction Foreman
We are currently seeking a motivated Residential Landscape and construction Supervisor with 5+ Years’ or more of experience in the Landscape Industry. All Oregon Landscaping is a Design/Build, full-service Landscape and Construction business that is family-owned business that started in 1989 and then incorporated in 1994. Our design and project management team have over 100 years of experience with high end residential landscaping.
Primary Responsibilities of Supervisor/Foreman:
- This position is responsible for the installation/renovation of landscape and construction projects for residential homes.
- Communicate and take direction from the project manager/designer and reports to Project manager, and Operations manager
- The supervisor and 1-3 crew members will be Responsible for the installation and/or renovations of high-end residential Landscape projects, including demo work, grading, site preparation, drainage installation, irrigation layout and installation, natural stone and concrete paver hardscape for paths, patios and walls, water features, plantings, lighting, and all aspects of Landscaping.
Qualifications of Supervisor/Foreman:
- Broad knowledge of all landscape installation skills
- Operate machines such as track loaders, skid steer, walk behind loaders, excavator, trencher, and various hand-held power tools.
- Ability to manage and communicate effectively with both employees and clients.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Artisan skills are a bonus!
- Candidate must possess a valid, insurable driver’s license.

We are currently seeking detail oriented individual to measure properties, analyze site conditions, and develop Base Maps, Vectorworks Landmark or CAD proficiency preferred but will consider hand drafter as well. Primary Responsibilities of Landscape Design Associate:
- Work closely with the Residential Design & sales team to assist in all aspects of Sales, Design, and estimating in support function
- Perform site visits to gather project information and details to create an accurate base maps for design and proposals
- Perform & learn design work for residential landscaping.
- Perform estimating of residential landscape projects.
- Assist in sales scheduling, communication, and follow up with potential clients.
- Assist colleagues with drafting consultation as needed
- Plant Procurement
Qualifications of Landscape Design Associate:
- Bachelor’s or AAS in Landscape Design or equivalent experience
- Student or recent grad will be considered.
- 2D Vectorworks Landmark software proficiency ideal (3D proficiency a plus)
- Ability to take direction from management
- Able to measure properties in all weather conditions
- Create scaled Base Maps
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Clean MVR (Motor vehicle report)
- Must be able to work independently, remotely, and meet deadlines
- Excellent plant knowledge & identification
- Interest in learning landscape construction practices
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail & follow up skills
